Stonecreek Men's Club - 2026

Club and Membership Information The Stonecreek Men's Club is 25+ years old, with over a hundred members, including many seasonal members from around the U.S. and Canada. We regularly have 40-60 players for any given event, depending upon the time of the year. We play each Wednesday, at Stonecreek and other desirable golf venues throughout the Valley. Our start times can be either a shotgun or by tee times, depending upon the golf course. Our start times can be as early as 6:30 a.m. in the summer (to beat the heat) and as late as 8:30 a.m. in the winter (due to the later sunrise). The practice range at most courses are open one hour earlier.   Fees, Registration, Competition Stonecreek's and other golf course venue’s green fees are seasonally adjusted and generally include range balls and cart. We reach peak green fees in the winter months, and lower fees during the summer. Stonecreek Men's Club membership is separate from all other memberships offered by Stonecreek Golf Club. Please note that the Arcis Card cannot be used for Men's Club tournaments, which is a policy of Stonecreek and one over which we have no control. Registration to play each week is done online and should you decide to become a member, we will provide details on how to do so. Our weekly tournament fee is $16, which includes a tournament fee of $11 and $5 for a net skins game.  Depending upon the number of participants, payouts are done according to the number of flights (less than 30 players 2 flights A-B; 30 to 39 players 3 flights, A-B-C;  40 to 49 players 4 flights, A-B-C-D: 50 or more players, 5 flights A-B-C-D-E.  Scoring is done on a "net" basis, and players will need to establish a GHIN handicap for tournament play. Our Handicap chairman will work with you to establish an interim handicap should you decide to become a member. Players compete within their flight for cash prizes each week, the top 3 in each flight earn a payout. There is also a payout for closest to the pin on par-3's, and of course, the net skins game by flight. We have a Year-long points  competition (the Green Jacket Standings) and our competition year is November 1 to October 31 of the following year.  A participation point is earned each week for all those participating, and one additional point is earned for each closest to the pin. First place in each flight earns an additional 5 points, 2nd place 4 additional points, 3rd place 3 additional points, 4th place 2 additional points, and 5 place, 1 additional point. These points are cumulative and at the end of the year, the Board determines the payout according to the member's total points and the money available. Typically, the top 60 places earned a year end payout.     How to Join the Club  If you would like to join, you may do so online via the Arizona Golf Association (AGA) website (www.azgolf.org)  Annual membership is $90, which includes the annual $45 membership to the AGA. All individual events require Individual registration. The 2-person team events are enabled for team registration by either team member as well. If you do not have a partner for 2-person team event, notify the tournament director to pair you. Online payment is required at registration: $16.00 per person or $32.00 for team registration.
