Starting times will be posted a couple days after registration closes.   Registration Dates Opens: Thursday, April 23 @ 7:00 a.m. Closes: Thursday, May 7 @ 11:59 p.m.   Format This is an 18-hole Stroke Play NET only competition.   Two competitors play as partners, each playing his or her own ball while using handicap strokes. The lower Net score of the partners is the score for the team on that hole, thus taking the score of the better ball on each hole. It is the player's responsibility to know the holes at which handicap strokes are to be given or received.   The Top 6 teams from each division will qualify for the NOGA Net Four-Ball Championship on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Firestone Country Club (Fazio Course). Ties for the final spot will be determined using the USGA Method.    Divisions: Both players must fall within the designated age range. If partners qualify in different age divisions, the team will compete in the division of the younger player.   Amateur Division (Ages 19-54) Senior Amateur Division (Ages 55+)    Season Long Match Play All teams who opt into season long match play will be placed into a separate division as well. The overall results of the qualifier will determine seeding for the season long match play bracket. All teams who opt in will play in one bracket.   Match Play Deadlines - No extensions will be granted for any reason. If the match is not played by the deadline the result of the match will go to a coin flip in order to not shorten the next round of matches. Round of 64 - Sunday, June 14 Round of 32 - Sunday, July 5 Round of 16 - Sunday, July 26 Quarterfinals - Sunday, August 16 Semifinals - Sunday, September 6 Finals - Sunday, September 27   Entry Fee $250: Entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, & gift certificates. $330: Entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, gift certificates, and match play fee.   Optional Skins Game $40/team optional skins will be collected via Venmo only on the day of the tournament. If no skins are won NOGA will go to the least tied holes. Players will Venmo @NOGA1917   Field Limited to 50 teams per qualifier. You may register for as many NOGA Net Four-Ball Qualifiers as you wish.   Season Long Match Play All teams who opt into season long match play will be placed into a separate division as well. There will be no charge until players/teams are moved from the waitlist to the confirmed tournament roster in our system.   Tees and Yardages (Players will choose which tee they wish to play at registration) Click Here to view the hole by hole yardages. Yardages are subject to change based on the course and weather conditions on the day of the tournament.   Eligibility Teams may be made up of any two active NOGA Members (Amateurs Only) at least 19 years of age with a valid USGA Handicap Index® - Men and Women are welcome to participate.   Handicap Allowance Platers will receive 85% of their handicap. An individual player`s index is based off the USGA Handicap Index effective 6 days prior to the event.   Policies NOGA Hard Card Handicap Adjustment Policy NOGA Pace of Play Policy   Gender Policy The Northern Ohio Golf Association follows the USGA's Gender Policy.   Schedule of Events - The practice area will open one hour before the first tee time. - Starting times will begin at 8:00 a.m. - Please arrive at the first tee 10 minutes before your starting time ready to play. - Lunch will not be provided.   Ties In the event that there is a tie, NOGA will retain the tie, unless otherwise noted in the specific tournaments terms of competition.   Pairings and Requests Pairings will be posted to NOGA.org and sent to players after registration closes. If you would like to request a specific tee time, please contact Sean Croell at scroell@noga.org. Two teams from the same club will not be paired together to keep the competition fair.   Gift Certificates During registration, players will choose the club/facility they wish to have gift certificate winnings sent to. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the event for gift certificate winnings to arrive at the chosen club/facility.   Refund Policy Players will have up to 3 days (72 hours) AFTER the registration closing date to request a refund and will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee, regardless of reason.
