Designed by renowned architect Herbert Strong, this classic Scottish-style course harmonizes with the area’s natural terrain, offering players a challenging yet rewarding experience with a diverse array of holes.   Established in 1921, Canterbury boasts a prestigious legacy of hosting major championships, including the U.S. Open, PGA Championship, Senior Open, U.S. Amateur Championship, and Senior PGA Championship. Notably, it is only the second club in the nation to have hosted all five of these premier events.   In the fall of 2016, the course underwent a comprehensive renovation, meticulously preserving Strong’s original vision.
