This league is for men, age 50+, of all skill levels who want to improve their golf game and enjoy camaraderie among new and longtime friends. There is an annual membership fee and maintaining a handicap through GHIN is required to compete for weekly League play prizes, compete in inter-divisional Match Play and participate in MISGA events. Weekly rounds are played on Tuesday mornings from April through October following USGA Rules of Golf, and you may sign up to just play nine holes or play "for fun" and not compete for weekly prizes. Various tournament formats are used throughout the season such as Best Ball, Stableford, Scramble, and 2 and 4 Man Team Low Net. We also run an inter-league Match Play and League Championship series over the course of the season. As noted above, League members with established GHIN handicaps have access to participate in inter-divisional Match Play and various MISGA events. For more information or if you are interested in joining our league, please contact Dave Hand at handydan5@comcast.net or cell 410-530-5829.
