SUB LINK   1. Pre-Payment for League Play To streamline check-ins, we are asking all league members to pay for their rounds in advance through the website. Please follow these steps: Step 1: Visit the Poquoy Brook website and click “Book a Tee Time.” Step 2: Log in using the email address and password you have used previously. Step 3: When prompted for a booking class, select “PBGA League and Weekend Play.” (This ensures you are booking within our specifically reserved block of times). Step 4: Select any available slot—do not worry about matching it to your actual scheduled tee time. Follow the prompts to complete your payment via credit card. 2. Parking Policy We’ve been asked to ensure that all league players use the designated golfers' parking lot only. Please do not park in the Pub parking lot. When we leave our cars there for the duration of our rounds, it takes up valuable space for restaurant customers for over two hours. We want to remain a "good neighbor" to the Pub staff and patrons, so your cooperation here is greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly! See you on the tee.   Match Play Pair vs Pair One Best Ball per hole. Each 9 Hole Match is worth 20 points. 2 points for each hole won and 1 point for each hole tied. The team with the most points (match winner) will be awarded 2 points for the win or 1 point for a tie. Individual’s strokes will be determined based off the low handicap player in each match. Strokes will be on the card, it is your job to verify they are correct. FAQ’s: One player can play against 2. One player from each team can play against each other, if you are both missing partners. First place in your division gives you free entry the following year.  1st tie breaker will be head to head match in season 2nd tie breaker head to head playoff match. All payouts will be based on playoff results; see playoff format below Substitutions, No Shows, and Make ups It is the responsibility of each team to make sure that they have two men to play the scheduled match. Obviously, not everyone can make it every week. It is your team’s responsibility to find a sub.  If you need help, use the LEAGUE SUB link on the website.  This will alert subs you are in need.  We will do our best to find one.  Any member or guest with a GHIN can sub.  Guests are limited in how often they can sub.  That will be at the discretion of PBGA.  Regular season, you do NOT need one or both players from each team to play their match; One or Two alternates CAN play as a team ONCE. This cannot be done in the playoffs. Only 1 sub per team.  If a team is unable to play it is their responsibility to contact the other team and one of the Association’s board members, a minimum of 24 hrs in advance. HANDICAPS Weekly we will use GOLF GENIUS to establish Handicaps and that days stokes awarded by playing off the lowest handicap in your foursome. New Members without a handicap must contact Bill or Larry to establish a handicap.  League Playoffs  Each flight will be seeded 1-15 based on total points earned throughout the season.  Ties will be broken by head to head results. Three 4 team playoff pools per flight will be created as follows and will play a 3 week round robin playing each team in your pool.  Pool A 1st - 4th Pool B 5th - 8th Pool C 9th-12th  NOTE: Pool B winner will get 3rd place prize money which is a little more than bottom 2 teams from pool A at the conclusion of the playoff.  This is intentional to sweeten the B pool pay out. A final pool will be last 3 teams in each flight. 6 teams will be created from the 13th - 15th place teams from both flights. These teams will play 3 crossover matches for a single prize.
