Groups and starting holes will be posted a couple days after registration closes. Format Gross Individual Stroke Play with Flights to determine an individual champion. There will also be a team format. The top six individual scores from each association will be added together to crown the winning team. Entry Fee $125: Entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch & gift certificates. These are the eligible Associations for 2026. If an association cannot provide 12 players we welcome as many as possible. Waiting List In the case of the event being maxed out, any spots opened as a result of cancellations will be automatically filled with the next available player(s) on the waitlist (ordered by waitlist registration time). Schedule of Events - 7:30 a.m. Practice Area Opens - 8:20 a.m. Announcements - 8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start - 1:00 p.m. Lunch Ties In the event that there is a tie for the individual champion, a sudden death playoff will happen immediately following the conclusion of play. Gift Certificates During registration, players will choose the club/facility they wish to have gift certificate winnings sent to. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the event for gift certificate winnings to arrive at the chosen club/facility. Refund Policy Players will have up to 3 days (72 hours) AFTER the registration closing date to request a refund and will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee, regardless of reason. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received after 3 days (72 hours) after the registration closing date.
