Golf: 7.30 am and 1.00 pm shotgun starts on both Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th March 2025 Divisions will be based on entrants' handicaps Division 1 will play stroke with divisions 2,3,4 playing Stableford Player requests available for Day 1 Sunday will be a seeded draw based on the top 8 scores in each division and will play in the afternoon shotgun Players who qualify for the seeded draw on Sunday and choose not to play will not be eligible for the major prizes Tournament package includes a welcome cocktail party Friday night, a la carte dinner Saturday night, lunch both Saturday and Sunday, a player gift given on Saturday Conditions Of Entry The match committee shall have the power to decide any dispute or question arising as to the qualifications of any entrant and may in absolute discretion at any time without assigning reason therefore, refuse any entrant ineligible to compete. A player must be a member of a registered Golf Club with a current Gold Australia handicap to be eligible for trophies in the event. Members of social or online based golf clubs will not be eligible to win prizes. All players must have played at least 5 of their last 20 rounds at their Home Club. Entries are only accepted if accompanied by payment in full. Cancellation Policy Once an entry is received, full refund will be given, less an administration fee of $15.00 if more than 21 days notice is received. If less than 21 days is received the full entry fee will be forfeited unless in cases of exceptional circumstances, whereby it will be by the discretion of the General Manager.
