The 2024 Summer Mixed Pairs Invitational package includes:   4 Nights Twin Share Accommodation (Sunday to Wednesday inclusive) 4 Rounds of 18 Holes Golf including electric cart  (Monday to Thursday) Full Hot Breakfast Daily Welcoming Drinks & Canapés on Sunday Evening BBQ Dinner on Monday                    A Presentation Luncheon on Thursday   An extra nights accommodation on Thursday 7th November is available at an extra cost of $265.00 per person, twin share. This includes accommodation, dinner and breakfast. Please add this to the cart in the payment screen.   Melbourne Cup Luncheon Tuesday 5th November: Commencing 1.45pm - Cost: $95.00 per person (bookings essential). Please add this to the cart in the payment screen. Complimentary Glass of Sparkling or Tap Beer on Seating A Delicious 3 Course Luncheon, including seafood Large Screen to view the "Big Race" Sweeps will be run on the day.       GOLF FORMAT Monday Mixed 2 person Ambrose (Nett) - From 9.00am 6 tee shots minimum per person rule applies Tuesday Mixed American Foursomes - 8.00am Shotgun Start Wednesday Mixed 4BBB Stableford (Nett) - From 8.00am Thursday Mixed Aggregate Stableford (Nett) - 8.00am shotgun start   CONDITIONS OF PLAY   The match committee have the power to decide any dispute or question arising as to the qualifications of any entrant, and may in absolute discretion at any time without reason therefore, refuse any entrant ineligible to compete. A player must be a member of a registered Golf Club with a current GA handicap to be eligible to win trophies in the event. Members of Social or Online based golf clubs are deemed to not meet the requirements of a registered club and will not be eligible to compete. A player must have played at least 3 of their last 20 rounds at their home club. Entries will only be accepted if accompanied by payment in full. Cancellation Policy: Once an entry has been received the full refund less an administration charge of $20.00 per person, with the balance of the entry fee refunded will be given if more than 30 days notice is received. If less than 30 days notice but greater than 48 hours notice is received the accommodation component of the package will be charged. If less than 48 hours notice is given the full package amount will be forfeited.
