Men's League - 2026

The 2026 Sirocco Men’s League will run from May 6th to September 23rd. The 20-week season will consist of team and individual game formats with weekly skill and draw prizes.   Our annual Men's League Kick-off and Par 3 Challenge will take place April 29th. This is a separate fee and event from the men's league and registration will be sent out in the spring for this event.    * Bolded items indicate change to league in 2026 from 2025.    2026 Registration Fee Member $105 (Includes GST) Non - member $205 (Includes GST)   2026 Rates Non - members will receive the member guest rate for green fees. 2026 Rates are as per below. Weekday: 18 Holes - $100, 9 Holes - $55, Twilight - $70 Weekend: 18 Holes - $110, 9 Holes - $60, Twilight - $70 The member guest rate will be in effect at all times for men's league players, not just men's league Wednesdays. Note that the weekend member guest fee is greater than the weekday rate.    No-Shows New to 2026 all no-shows will have their accounts charged the applicable green fee rate. All tee times must be cancelled a minimum of 6 hours prior to their tee time to avoid the no-show penalty.  This will be consistent with all other tee-times at Sirocco in 2026.   League Play  Men’s League is every Wednesday from May 13th to September 23rd, 2026 Reserved Tee Times will be in the morning from 9:00am – 10:00am (additional 15 minutes than in previous seasons) and in the evening from 2:00pm – 7:00pm each week. Reserved tee times are for strictly men's league members only. No Guests are allowed during these times; this is to allow all league Members to have better access to the tee-sheet. This will be strictly enforced. If you wish to bring guests you may do so outside of the reserved Men’s League times. You may participate in Men’s League anytime on Wednesday, however golfers cannot play by themselves and must be accompanied by another golfer in order for their score to count. You may be accompanied by non-league member golfers if it is outside the restricted times.    Booking Privileges Sirocco Members will follow their same booking privileges as regular play.  Public Men’s League Members will have 7-day advance booking. This booking privilege extends to the entire tee sheet for the season, not just Men’s League Wednesday’s.   Weekly Game 9 Hole game with a different format each week. The final week of every month will be an individual game, every other week will be comprised of varying team games.  New to 2026 we will be doing a once-per-month blind team game. $10 Mandatory Weekly Game Fee - for Weekly Prizes & Super Snips 75% of Fee will be used for Weekly Prizes & Year end Banquet 25% of Fee will used for Super Snip Pot. Super Snip Pot rules - Each Par 3 has their own pot and will be paid out in cash each week, if there is a winner (snip/skin). If there is no outright winner in week 1 it will be a carried over to week 2 and if there is still no outright winner after week 2, we will pay out all deuces on the hole equally.   Mystery Bus Tour/Season Long Competition We will be continuing with our season long game known as the Men's League Mystery Bus Tour. However in 2026 it will be expanded from 12 to 48 golfers. The tour includes a green fee + cart, two meals and round bus trip to an unknown nearby golf course. ($325 Value) The top 10 Men’s League golfers will earn a complimentary spot on the tour based on their performance throughout the season. (Top 5 Gross, Top 5 Net). It will be a Net/Gross Stableford Competition where the top 6, 9-hole rounds from each individual throughout the season will count towards the season long leaderboard.   The remaining 35 spots are available to any men's league player that registers and pays $215. The event will take place Saturday, September 26th. This is the weekend after the final men’s league week of the season and just prior to the Men’s League Banquet.   Weekly Skill Prizes Weekly skill prizes will rotate between holes on the front 9 and will consist of Closest to the Pin, Longest Putt, Longest Drive and Closest to the Target competitions Par 3 KP - handicap competitions will have 0-14 and 15+ divisions on each par 3 hole.  Winners from each weeks skill prizes will have their names put into a draw at the year end banquet.   Weekly Draw Prize Our title sponsor Glenmore Audi Draw Prize    Snips/Skins Game (optional) $20 optional - 18 Holes Net/Gross Snips + Net/Gross Overall Winners. Ties for Net/Gross Overall winners will be split equally among players. You must play with a Men's League player in your group to participate in the Snips Game.    Handicaps / Tees Each golfer will choose their Tee Box at the start of the season for the year. They will play from this tee box for every Men's League Event. Options will be - Blue, Blue/White, White. A Golf Canada Membership is required for League Play. **The Golf Canada fee is included in your membership. Handicaps will be updated on every Tuesday via Golf Genius.  Each golfer is required to input their score into Golf Canada after each round.    Scoring Every player will receive an email on Tuesday with a GGID code and Rules sheet for the week. The GGID code is what you will use for scoring. Only 1 person in each tee time needs to track group scores. No score cards will be provided.  If you play more then once on Wednesday's your score from your 1st Tee Time will be used for Men's League scoring.  Ties will be broken by USGA Countback.  Weekly results can be found on the Golf Genius Men’s League Portal.   First Tee Gift All men's league players will receive a first tee gift on the first week of scheduled men's league play.   Year End Banquet After the final week of the men's league season there will be a banquet held in the Ibby's Lounge of the Sirocco Clubhouse. The banquet will consist of a buffet meal and prize presentation where there will be a series of prizes handed out to Sirocco men's league members.
