2026 Dud Phinney Member - Guest Tournament

Welcome to the Dud Phinney Member - Guest Tournament!   Weekend Schedule   Friday:    18-Hole Best Ball Stroke Play Qualifying Round to determine Flights   12:00 p.m. - Qualifying Round, Shotgun Start Skins Game - $20 (Joe Bartlett or Steve Nardell will collect) Registration for Saturday's Horse Race (Inform Joe or Steve if you wish to NOT participate)   Saturday:   (3) 9-hole Matches   Optional Horse Race Saturday: 10 members and 10 guests are chosen at random to pair together in an alternate shot format. All 10 teams begin on hole #1 and play in a 5-hole match where 2 teams are eliminated after each hole. Ties are determined by a chip-off. The final 2 groups will play a sudden death playoff in the event of a tie.   8:00 a.m. - 10:20 a.m. - Round 1 Matches. Double Tee Start (Tee Times off #1 and #10) 10:30 a.m. - 12:20 p.m. - Round 2 Matches. Double Tee Start (Tee Times off #1 and #10) 12:40 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Round 3 Matches. Double Tee Start (Tee Times off #1 and #10) 5:00 p.m. - Approximate time for start of the Horse Race   Sunday:   (2) 9-hole Matches   Potential Sudden Death Playoff   Awards Banquet   9:00 a.m. - Round 4 matches, Shotgun Start 11:30 a.m. - Final round matches, Shotgun Start In the event of a tie for the Championship Flight, a Sudden Death Best Ball Playoff will ensue of the 1st hole and continuing on until a winner is declared. Awards Banquet following the completion of the Tournament   Food and Beverage   Friday:   Regular menu and pre-made sandwiches available for purchase prior to your round. (Planning to order off the menu? Be sure to order early to allow for prep time)   Beverage cart and Cabana available during play.   5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Complimentary Drinks and Hour d' oeuvres in Kirk or on the deck 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Buffet Dinner for participants. Special events to follow the publishing of Flights. (Dinner Tickets for non-participants can be purchased at the Tavern. Before Friday - $50, Friday - $65)   Saturday:   7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast Burritos, Breakfast Sandwiches and Coffee  9:00 a.m. - Beverage Cart and Cabana open for beverages 10:00 a.m. - Jumbo hot dogs and sandwiches available at the Cabana and the Tavern 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Clubhouse BBQ Party : upstairs in Kirk. Eat at your convenience between your 2nd and 3rd rounds   Beverage Cart and Cabana open through the Horse Race   Sunday:   7:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast Sandwiches and Coffee 9:00 a.m. - Beverage Cart open 10:00 a.m. - Sandwiches available at the Tavern and the Cabana 1:30 - Approximate time 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. - Clubhouse BBQ Party and Awards Banquet
