Due to the lesser value of entry fee being added to the Open Division purse, Amateurs who opt to play in the Open Division will count as ½ a player when determining the Open Division payout.  If 20 Pros and 10 Amateurs, the total field size payout will be based on 33% of 20 Pros + .5 (10 amateurs) = 25 players = 8.33 spots, rounded up to 9.   Amateurs will earn points within the Amateur Championship Flight but will forfeit prizing in that flight.   OPTIONAL SKINS GAME: $20/player (please add to your entry fee online) *Entering the skins game qualifies you for all Progressive Hole-In-One Jackpots for the day! (see below)   GROSS SKINS Pros & Championship Division players (including Champ Seniors) will compete together in one combined gross skins game. NET SKINS All other divisions will be combined and compete together in one net skins game     PROGRESSIVE HOLE-IN-ONE JACKPOT RULES   In order to qualify for the Hole-in-one (H.I.O) JACKPOT offered at a VGT event, a player must be entered into the $20 skins game/hole-in-one pot for that event.  If there is no winner of the hole-in-one at VGT event, the current hole-in-one pot will carry over to the next event until we have a winner of the jackpot.  If by the end of the Winter Tour the jackpot has not been won, the current jackpot will be carried over into the Summer Tour schedule. If the jackpot accumulates to $5,000, it will be cut-off at $5,000 and the first eligible person (see above) to score a hole-in-one on an eligible jackpot hole will receive the $5,000 payout.  A secondary Hole-in-one purse will be started as soon as the original jackpot reaches $5,000.  From the time the original purse reaches $5,000, moneys collected for the H.I.O purse will accumulate in this secondary pot while the first pot remains at $5,000. The secondary pot will continue to grow until the next eligible player scores a hole-in-one on the designated jackpot hole at a VGT event.  The maximum H.I.O purse paid out at any time will be $5,000, and once the pot has reached $5,000, a 3rd and 4th purse (and so on) will be established for future winners. Due to the skill difference of Pros versus the Amateurs in the field, we level the playing field for the JACKPOT two ways: By allowing the Division 1,2 and 3 amateurs to tee-off a shorter designated tee-box at various times compared to Professionals and Championship Amateurs. VGT hosts numerous Amateur only events where Amateurs have a chance to win the JACKPOT without Pros in the field.     HOW TO REGISTER FOR AN EVENT:   All players must establish or update their VGT player profile on Golf Genius.  If you have not done so already, PLEASE UPDATE OR CREATE YOUR VGT PROFILE HERE: https://www.golfleaguegenius.com/pages/3450203   MEMBERS: Members can either register with payment through the Golf Genius portal or they can choose to accept the email invite for that event and confirm their payment through Golf Genius.  Once your payment is received, your entry will be confirmed, and your name will show on the confirmed player’s list.  With respect to invitational events, players may be placed on a pending list until we can determine you are confirmed in the field.  NON-MEMBERS: Non-members may register for VGT events at any time.  Their registration will show as ‘pending’ until we can determine we are not full with Members 2 weeks out.  If the event is not full, non-member entries will be accepted in priority of their registration being received, and their status will move from ‘pending’ to ‘registered’.   Players are reminded to review the Policies and Procedures of VGT outlining all cancellation and no-show fees HERE: https://vancouvergolftour.com/legal/     Prizing Details   SPONSOR BRANDS & GIFT CARDS:  Top 25% in each division will earn prize credits for the following sponsor brands that can be cashed in shortly after the event, or they can be saved and cashed in at the end of the season by Oct.30th, 2026.   BUSHNELL                 CLEVELAND GOLF               SRIXON          TRAVIS MATHEW MAUI JIM                    ASICS GOLF SHOES            NIKE GOLF    NEW BALANCE GOLF GALVIN GREEN        BIG MAX CARTS/BAGS        2UNDR           PROJEKT LUGGAGE            CUTTER & BUCK         STORMTECH   Winning players will receive an email summarizing the prize results and outlining how to cash in their prize credits through our new online member storefront.   SRIXON / CLEVELAND ORDER OF MERIT   Thanks to our Order of Merit Sponsor CLEVELAND GOLF / SRIXON, and our Major Sponsors JM MEDIA GROUP, GOLFBC GROUP, WAILEA GOLF CLUB, MAUI JIM CANADA and GATEKEEPER SYSTEMS, players are playing for over $40,000 in Year-End Cash & Prizes!!   Order of Merit (OOM) points will be awarded in each category of membership: Professionals: Gross Championship Division, Division 1, 2 and 3 & Senior Division – Alternating Gross & Net   The Amateur OOM will be based on the following point system for a full field of at least 15 players per flight.  Order of Merit Points may be modified in any given event based on relative field size:   PROFESSIONAL DIVISION:   1st Gross: 1500 pts 6th Gross: 600 pts 11th Place: 300 pts 16th Place: 150 pts 2nd Gross: 1,100 pts 7th Gross: 500 pts 12th Place: 250 pts 17th Place: 125 pts 3rd Gross: 1,000 pts 8th Gross: 450 pts 13th Place: 225 pts 18th Place: 100 pts 4th Gross: 800 pts 9th Place: 400 pts 14th Place: 200 pts 19th Place: 75 pts 5th Gross: 700 pts 10th Place: 350 pts 15th Place: 175 pts 20th Place: 50 pts   ALL AMATEUR DIVISIONS:   1st Gross: 1500 pts 6th Gross: 300 pts 1st Net: 1,100 pts 6th Net: 250 pts 2nd Gross: 1,000 pts 7th Gross: 225 pts 2nd Net: 800 pts 7th Net: 200 pts 3rd Gross: 700 pts 8th Gross: 175 pts 3rd Net: 600 pts 8th Net: 150 pts 4th Gross: 500 pts 9th Place: 125 pts 4th Net: 450 pts 9th Net: 100 pts 5th Gross: 400 pts 10th Place: 75 pts 5th Net: 350 pts 10th Net: 50 pts   Course Details & Location Approximate Yardages:   Male Pros & Championship Division: 6,800 yards Male Senior Championship Division: 6,200 yards Male Div.1,2 & 3: 6,200 yards Female Pros & Championship Division: 5,900 yards Female Seniors & Division 1, 2 & 3: 5,200 yards   About Riverway Located in south Burnaby 15 km east of Vancouver International Airport, Riverway is one of Greater Vancouver's premier 18-hole championship golf courses.
