USGA Handicap Allowances (Appendix C of the Rules of Handicapping) will be used for all events.  Maximum Playing Handicap of 27 for men, 36 for women.   REFUND POLICY:  Once entry fees have been processed five days before the event date, there will be NO REFUNDS.   Any player who needs to withdraw must contact either the Tournament Director (tmatzke@nevadagolf.org) or Executive Director (cmacgregor@nevadagolf.org).  Only in special circumstances will any refund be considered, less a $10.00 processing fee per player.
