Date: September 19 - Lake Shawnee Golf Course Time: TBD Cost: $80 Per Team Deadline: September 11 Format: One round event, flighted after completion of round. Tee time starting at 11:00 a.m. Grandparent-grandchild also accepted. Eligibility: Open to male or female amateur golfers who live or are employed within Shawnee County. Each player must be a member of the TGA by paying an annual fee of $5.00 Dress: Players must be properly attired at all times both on the golf course and in public rooms of hosting course. Blue jeans, tee shirts, and tank tops are prohibited; shorts must be at least mid-thigh length. This dress code will be used at all TGA tournaments and qualifying rounds. Rain Out Policy: If at tournament is rained out and rescheduled, the rescheduled tournament date will complete the event. If you are unable to participate it will be assumed that you have withdrawn from the event. Refunds: The TGA's policy is no refunds except for sickness or extenuating circumstances. To withdraw notify the TGA at the P.O. Box or call the participating course. If a player properly withdraws prior to the close of entries, upon proper written notification, the player/team will receive a full refund of the entry fee, less $25 administrative fee. If a player properly withdraws three days prior to the start of the event, upon proper written notification, the player/team will receive a refund of 50% of the entry fee. NO REFUNDS will be made to a player that withdraws less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
