Use Golf Genius to register—see below. WWWGC Membership dues also include membership fees to (CGA) Colorado Golf Association, which entitles you to receive your GHIN handicap/index and the CGA’s information and membership benefits. For more information about the CGA’s benefits and services, see the CGA website at www.COgolf.org. Important Registration Procedure: We are using Golf Genius to register for your annual registration again this year and you can use your credit card or ZELLE. There is a $5 service fee when you use your credit card. Be prepared with your Golf Genius password, email, and credit card, or ZELLE information before accessing this link. Procedure: Click on this link: www.golfgenius.com/ggid/hkwfet/register Click “New Registration”, Select Registration type – Zelle or Credit Card, then “Next” Enter all data with * (this data is required, other data is optional). If you don’t have GHIN, enter 987654321. Click on box to check mark “I acknowledge…..”, then Next Verify your email, enter your Golf Genius password. (If you don’t have a Golf Genius account or forgot your password, Select “forgot your password” to set one up.) Then Next. Payment: To pay using ZELLE, DO NOT fill out the credit card info on the Registration Fee screen – instead, click the “Skip Payment” button at the bottom. Then use your online bank ZELLE account ASAP to transfer the funds ($120) to WWWGC (wwgcwomen@hotmail.com) – reference Membership Dues and your name in the memo section. To pay using your credit card: Enter all your credit card data ($125) and complete the registration. Do NOT use Wallets in the payment section. You may receive a Link Verification Code (text) when you get to the payment section. Use this if your credit card requires 3DS (3D Secure Authentication). After completion, you will receive an email from golfgenius.com that says “We have received and confirmed your registration.” You are then registered. If you need help, call LeAnna 303-748-0494, or email her at wwgcwomen@hotmail.com (This is a generalized version of the directions; it may show in different order or not at all) You will also be asked which tees you want to play from (Combo Tees – default, or Gold Tees – for higher handicap players, shorter yardage) Golf Course Fees as of February, 2026 (subject to change) Weekend Rates 18 Holes $68.00 (plus $10 premium fee for morning tee times) Cart Fee (per person sharing cart) 18 holes $23.00 Tournament entry fees are $5 each and are due when you pay in the pro shop. Important Notes from the Tournament Committee We will be covering detailed tournament information at the spring meeting, but there are a few things for you to know at the time that you register for the league. The tournament schedule is included here and on our Golf Genius site, Course fees and tournament entry fees ($5) are assessed at the time you sign up for a tournament and are collected by the pro shop on the day of the tournament. The deadline for signing up for each tournament is 5:00 p.m., Friday the week prior to the day of play. Tee times and pairings will be e-mailed on Thursday prior to each tournament and posted to the Golf Genius site. The pro shop will also have tee times available by Thursday afternoon, so you can always call the Pro Shop, (720) 898-7370 and inquire about your scheduled tee time. Cancellations: If your cancellation for a tournament is received by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, the week of the tournament, you will not have to forfeit your fees. If you cancel after 5:00p.m., Wednesday, you will be charged a cancellation and tournament fee prior to your next tournament appearance. Handicaps: Players with an established USGA handicap that converts to a 40 or less course handicap may join WWWGC once they have completed an application and paid the dues. Handicaps are required to be eligible for prize money. New members who have a previous knowledge of golf, but do not have a USGA handicap, may establish a temporary 18-hole handicap by submitting to the Handicap Chair (Rhonda_o52reilly@yahoo.com) scorecards for a total of 54 holes (any combination of 9-hole or 18-hole rounds – signed, dated , and attested – from any USGA rated golf courses. A Handicap Index will be calculated from these rounds. If it converts to a 40 or less course handicap, the new member will be accepted. If not accepted, the dues will be refunded, minus the GHIN fee of $49 so you can continue to establish a handicap lower than 40. For non-handicappers that join WWWGC, there is an expectation that you will be able to establish a handicap by April 18. This will allow you to compete for prize money when participating in a tournament. We use a maximum of 40 playing handicap. Inclement Weather: As experienced in past years, tournaments may be cancelled due to snow, ice, rain, or flooding by the Pro Shop. It is your responsibility to call the Pro Shop at (720) 898-7370 if you think the weather may keep us from playing. An email will be sent to the members after notification from the Pro Shop. 2026 WWWGC Golf Genius Directory We would like to continue to add photos to this year’s on-line directory. More info to follow at the meeting and in emails. Miscellaneous The club has set up an email address wwgcwomen@hotmail.com. This will allow us to streamline our email communications and utilize Golf Genius. You’ll want to make sure that this address is not treated as junk or spam within your email. Membership in the Club is open to any woman 16 years and older with previous golf experience, knowledge of the rules and golf etiquette. Also, you must have the ability to complete an 18-hole round of golf within a reasonable pace of play and keep up with the group in front of you.
