CONNACHT UNDER-16 BOYS’ AMATEUR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP Entries shall close at 23:59hrs on Monday 17 March. a) Age Group Boys (Under-16) as set out in Regulation 1 of the General Regulations b) Gender Male c) Handicap Competitors must hold a Handicap Index of 14.0 or less at the time of entry. d) Eligibility See Regulation 1 of the General Regulations e) Size of Field 120 f) Ballot Lowest Handicap Index at the close of entries. In addition, up to six Connacht (Home Club) eligible players who entered but do not qualify may be invited to play by the Regional Boys’ Under 16 Selection Committee, provided they are within 2.0 strokes of the ballot. g) Form of Play Stroke Play h) No. of Rounds One i) Cut N/A j) Ties Ties for the Championship will be resolved by a sudden death playoff immediately after the final card is returned.
