Date: Qualifying - June 14 at Shawnee Country Club Matches - June 18, 19*, 20, 21 *Two Rounds Will Be Played on the 19th* Time: TBD Cost: ($105 - over 17) ($75 - under 18) $15 Cancellation Fee Deadline: June 6 Format: Qualifying round and matches will be played at Shawnee Country Club. All players will advance to match play competition. If you are under 18 or over 49 years old you may choose the Open Division to be eligible for overall champion and player of the year points. If there are less than eight players in any age group they will be combined with another group or canceled. A minimum of eight players will be required to have a senior division. This can be a combination of the over 50 and the over 65 if necessary. Eligibility: Open to male or female amateur golfers who live or are employed within Shawnee County. Each player must be a member of the TGA by paying an annual fee of $5.00 Dress: Players must be properly attired at all times both on the golf course and in public rooms of hosting course. Blue jeans, tee shirts, and tank tops are prohibited; shorts must be at least mid-thigh length. This dress code will be used at all TGA tournaments and qualifying rounds. Rain Out Policy: If at tournament is rained out and rescheduled, the rescheduled tournament date will complete the event. If you are unable to participate it will be assumed that you have withdrawn from the event. Refunds: The TGA's policy is no refunds except for sickness or extenuating circumstances. To withdraw notify the TGA at the P.O. Box or call the participating course. If a player properly withdraws prior to the close of entries, upon proper written notification, the player/team will receive a full refund of the entry fee, less $25 administrative fee. If a player properly withdraws three days prior to the start of the event, upon proper written notification, the player/team will receive a refund of 50% of the entry fee. NO REFUNDS will be made to a player that withdraws less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
