If a player’s ball strikes either, the shot must be replayed without penalty. The original ball may not be played, even if found.  Drop Zones: o Hole #3 – If a player’s ball lands in the water or is lost, the designated drop zone will be the Red Tee box for the entire season to help maintain pace of play. o Hole #10 – If a player’s tee shot is out of play, the designated drop zone will be the Red Tee box. o Hole #18 – If a player’s ball lands in the water or is lost, the designated drop zone will be the Red Tee box for the entire season to improve pace of play.   Skins & Deuces  Skins – Players may opt into the weekly Skins game for an additional $5 fee. Skins are awarded for the lowest score on a hole among all participating players. If no Skins are won during a given week, the pot will roll over to the next week.  Deuces – Players may opt into the weekly Deuces pot for an additional $5 fee. Unlike Skins, any score of 2 qualifies for a payout among all participants. If no Deuces are recorded during a given week, the pot will roll over to the following week.   Game Formats  Handicap Play – Standard stroke play with payouts for Gross and Net flights. A player cannot win both Gross and Net; the system will automatically allocate the payout based on which provides the highest winnings.  Chicago – Players have a set quota based on their handicap, with point values assigned to scores. The player exceeding their net quota by the largest margin wins. This is a net-only event and is not flighted.  2-Man Scramble – Each player tees off, and the best shot is selected. This continues until the ball is holed. Single- player participation is not allowed, nor are three-player teams. This is strictly a two-player event.  2-Man Best Ball – Each player plays their own ball throughout the round, with the team’s score being the lowest individual score on each hole. Players must record their individual scores for Skins and Deuces calculations.  3-Club Tournament – Players select three clubs before the round, which must be used exclusively. This event does not count towards GHIN scoring.  Red/White/Blue – Our annual July 4th event, featuring three holes played from the Red Tees, three from the White Tees, and three from the Blue Tees. This event does not count towards GHIN scoring.  Club Championship – A 36-hole stroke play event. o Friday: TBD, shotgun start at approximately 3:00 PM or tee timed event. o Saturday: Leaders will be re-paired for the final 18 holes, with an 8:30 AM shotgun start. o Winners: Net and Gross champions will be awarded.
