ELIGIBILITY: Any female amateur golfer who is a permanent legal resident of South Carolina for a minimum of six months prior to the championship, is a member of a club which is a regular or affiliate member of the WSCGA, and has a current handicap index issued by the Handicap Program of the Carolinas (GHIN). Also eligible, is an individual who holds an E-club membership. If you are a transgendered individual, please contact the WSCGA office for the WSCGA policy and additional application procedures. ENTRIES: All entries must be filed online and received by 5:00 p.m. on July 27th, 2026. Notice of acceptance or non-acceptance of entries will be e-mailed after the entry deadline. Entries will be accepted based on handicap index from low to high. Entry fee of $225 per player includes golf, tournament cart fees, range balls, lunch, and tips for bag drop. Any refunds will be charged the 7% processing fee if cancelled 7-14 prior to event and No Refund if cancelled 0-7 days prior to event. Field Limit: 100 Players FORMAT: USGA Rules apply. Local Rules will be distributed at the tournament site. The Championship will be Individual Stroke Play with Divisions: Championship and State Division: Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th will be a 9:00am tee time start off of 1st and 10th Hole. Final Round: will be paired according to score in respective flights with 9am shotgun start on Wednesday, August 12th. Palmetto and Super Senior Division (65 and older): Monday, August 10th. practice round following Championship Division. First Round: Tuesday, August 11th will be a 9:00am tee time start off of 1st and 10th Hole. Final Round: will be paired according to score in respective flights with 9am shotgun start on Wednesday, August 12th All Divisions will be pre-flighted except for the Championship Division APPOXIMATE YARDAGE: The Championship Division will be playing the WSCGA BLACK Tee Markers at approx. 6000 yards The State and Palmetto Division will play the WSCGA RED Tees at approx. 5200 yards Super Senior Division (65 and older) will play the Santee Cooper House Tee Markers at approx. 4800 yards RESTRICTIONS: No Caddies. Players must wear appropriate golf attire. No cut-off shorts or denim, no shorts shorter than four inches above the knee, no tank tops, all shirts must have either a collar or sleeves. Metal golf shoe spikes are prohibited. Personal coolers are prohibited. All spectators must stay on cart path or in rough during competition with a minimum of 20 yards from. Spectators are not allowed in practice areas. Spectators noncompliant with above requirements will be asked to leave the premises.
